Roasted Broccoli

There may be no vegetable dish as satisfying as roasted broccoli. Delicious, simple, easy and fresh, roasted broccoli is perfect anytime, anywhere.



 

For the Broccoli:


2 heads broccoli (cut into flowerettes)

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil


 

Technique:


Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a rimmed sheet pan.


Toss broccoli with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.


Bake 18 minutes, tossing halfway through.


Serve warm and enjoy.
