Curry is a great flavor to punch up classic vegetables. This is a zesty dish that brings excitement to any meal.
For the Curry Cauliflower:
1 large head cauliflower
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon shawarma seasoning
1 lemon (the juice)
Technique:
Preheat oven to 425 and line a rimmed baking sheet.
Cut cauliflower head into small flowerettes. Place on baking sheet and rub evenly with olive oil and seasonings. Add lemon juice and toss to combine.
Bake 18 minutes, tossing cauliflower halfway through.
Remove from oven and enjoy warm.
